A Taste of India in Every Bite
Paratha Gully started in 2021, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as a humble dark kitchen—or cloud kitchen—operating from the back of an event center has now grown into a full-fledged 40-seater sit-down restaurant. It’s been a journey of passion, perseverance, and flavor.
From the very beginning, our focus has been on taste. Our earliest supporters kept coming back, not just for convenience, but because the food reminded them of the streets and homes they grew up in. And thanks to their love and loyalty, our customer base continues to grow every day.
The concept of Paratha Gully was born from the heart of gallis—those vibrant street lanes of India where food is flavorful, fast, and full of life. We started with a simple menu focused on parathas, but over time, it evolved. Today, our offerings include rich curries, street-style snacks, and dhaba favorites that reflect the diversity of Indian cuisine. From the North to the Northeast and East, we’ve brought together a delicious mix of regional flavors.
Now, in our new home on Sayers Road, we’re excited to bring those flavors to even more customers in a vibrant, accessible location. But this is just the beginning.
With plans to launch our first franchise, we’re looking forward to spreading the Paratha Gully experience across Australia. We believe everyone deserves a taste of authentic, street-style Indian food served with heart—and we can’t wait to share it with more communities.
